How To Use Syn-flex
Synflex Dosage for People
Take 1/4 of a fluid ounce daily (approximately one and a half teaspoons) or as recommended by your physician.Best to administer half of the recommended dosage in the morning and the other half dosage in the evening.
You may wish to double the dose to 1/2 a fluid ounce (approximately three teaspoons) for the first ten days for maximum effectiveness. If you do so then remember your bottle will only last 20 days instead of 30 !

Side Effects and Interactions
Consult your doctor before taking glucosamine if you are currently pregnant or nursing.Current medical literature indicates that diabetics may use Syn-flex. However, you may wish to monitor your blood sugar levels or consult your physician.
A small percentage of people who take glucosamine may encounter light diarrhoea or stomach upset. This can be avoided by splitting dosage between morning and evening.
Syn-flex is an all-natural product and should not interact with any drugs or medications.
Shellfish Allergy
The antigen in shellfish that causes an allergic reaction has been removed from Syn-flex. In most cases, allergies are caused by proteins in shellfish, not chitin, a carbohydrate from which glucosamine is extracted.Furthermore, there is no crossover between the acid derived chitin from shells and the antigens that cause shellfish allergies since the acid process required to leach the chitin from the shell strips away the carbohydrate side chains that would be antigenic.
If you are allergic to shellfish, you should simply monitor your reaction to Synflex and discontinue if any adverse affects occur.
