Despite every attempt to ensure continuous availability of all our products we do occassionally have a delay until new stock arrives. We realise this is extremely frustrating, both for repeat customers that have found themselves particularly suited the product, but also for the first time customer that has spent time and effort tracking down the right product.

When is the New Stock Arriving ?

If we are confident of the date the new stock will arrive we will display the date with the "Temporarily Out of Stock" message. We will leave the Buy Button active for the product with the understanding that you understand that there will be a delay in your order.

If there is no date it means we are unsure of the arrival date of the new stock. We will then remove the Buy Button for the product as it would be unfair to take an order when are not confident of the arrival date for the new stock.
