Healthwize Affiliate Program
Membership Rules
The following sections outline the rules governing the Healthwize LLC commission based affiliate program. You should read these rules before registering. Agreeing to these rules is a condition of membership.When You Join
- After registering you should receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you gave when registering. This simply confirms that the address you gave was your correct email address. If you do not receive this confirmation email within an hour of registering you will need to email admin@hwize.com so that we can correct the email address in your registration record.
- Your personal details are completely confidential and will not be passed to any third party.
- On joining you will be given your own online shop. This will be an almost exact copy of your sponsor's shop, except it will identify you by your affiliate Id on the home page.
- Your shop will have its own unique web address in the format: www.hwize.com/YourAffiliateId. So remember when selecting your Affiliate Id that this will become part of the web address of your shop.
- Healthwize LLC can identify you as the shop owner for all sales be made through your shop and all new affiliates that join through your shop.
- You will not have access to the HTML code that makes up your shop. Any changes to member shops will be made to all member shops simultaneously.
Maintaining Contact via Email
- It is your responsibility to ensure Healthwize a valid email address for you. Should the email address you gave when registering become invalid you must send a new email address to admin@hwize.com within 1 month.
- Healthwize LLC is internet based. All feedback from Healthwize will be sent to you by email to the latest email address Healthwize LLC have in their records.
- HealthWize will cancel without notice your membership should we no longer be able to contact you by email. Specifically, membership will be cancelled automatically should two successive "End of Month Report" emails fail to reach you for any reason other than your inbox being full. This gives you a minimum of 1 month in which to inform Healthwize of a change of email address before your membership is cancelled.
Leaving the Affiliate Program
- To leave the Healthwize affiliate program simply email admin@hwize.com with "Close My Shop" or "Unsubscribe" in the subject line of the email. PLEASE REMEMBER TO QUOTE YOUR NAME and AFFILIATE ID.
- If you leave the affiliate program we will remove your registration details from our membership database and close your on-line shop within 7 days.
Sponsoring
- You can sponsor as many people as you like into the affiliate program.
- Your customers will be invited to register by clicking on a link in their Purchase Receipt email. They will be automatically be registered through your shop.
- If your customer joins through our own shop www.hwize.com by mistake we will be able to tell from their WorldPay Transaction Id and will correctly place them in your downline at the end of the month.
- Each person that joins the affiliate program through your shop will be placed in the affiliate network immediately below you.
- We will inform you by email when a new affiliate registers through your shop.
- If your customer joins before the 7th of the month following their purchase, their new shop will be credited with that purchase. You will however remain qualified for commission as a result of the original purchase being through your shop. Of course you will also earn commission from that purchase as you have sponsored the new affiliate into your own network.
We Have A Strict Anti-SPAM Policy
- Healthwize LLC has a strict anti-SPAM policy. The affiliate program is built around telling friends, family and colleagues about your shop.
- SPAM sent by Healthwize LLC members does serious damage to the reputation of HealthWize LLC.
- Healthwize LLC reserves the right to immediately and without notice cancel the membership of any member sending unsolicited emails or other electronic forms of advertising to people they do not know.
Other Rules
- The Rules and Marketing Plan may be altered without prior notice. Members will be informed of changes by e-mail.
- HealthWize LLC will not be held responsible for any member's actions which are outside of the marketing system, intentional or otherwise, or for misrepresentations by members about earnings or product, or the use by members of non-HealthWize LLC materials.
- The "Position" of anyone acting against the interests of HealthWize or acting outside the spirit of the rules will become "Transparent" earnings-wise whilesoever the situation continues (will not qualify for earnings).
- Membership of the Healthwize Affiliate Program is FREE to our customers. As it is FREE to join and there is no obligation to make any purchases there is no monetary value to your membership beyond the commission you earn. The Healthwize LLC management have a long term commitment to the Affiliate Program, however should the Program be terminated for any reason there is no monetary compensation to you beyond any outstanding commission due.
