Keeping You Informed
All contact with you is made by email, so should you change your contact email address you must let us know at admin@hwize.com .
Your membership will be terminated if we lose contact with you (see our Rules Page).
Healthwize sends the following types of email:
Registration Confirmation
- You should receive a confirmation email at the email address you gave when registering. This simply confirms that the address you gave (an that we therefore have in our membership database) is your correct email address. If you do not receive this confirmation email within an hour of registering you will need to email admin@hwize.com so that we can correct the email address in your registration record, otherwise your membership will be terminated within 7 days.
Notification of New Member
- We notify you immediately when a new member joins the Affiliate Program through your shop. This email has the subject set to 'New Member Details'.
Notification of a Sale
- We notify you immediately when a sale is made through your shop. This email has the subject set to 'Sale Notification'.
End of Month Report
- We send you a monthly progress report between 7th and 10th day of each month detailing how much commission you earned in the previous month, and showing the number of people in your 5 commission earning generations.
Newsflashes
- Occasionally we send you a brief 'hwize.com Newsflash' email alerting you to a change to your shop. For example an email may be sent when a new product is added or removed.
Newsletters
- Occasionally we send you a Newsletter when a more detailed explanation of a membership topic is required.
Responding to Queries
- The rules and mechanisms of the Healthwize LLC Affiliate Program have been kept simple and straightforward. If after reading the information contained within these pages you still have questions then please email us at info@hwize.com . We will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
